Panther Pride Jar

As part of a school-wide approach to behavior management, teachers will use a “Panther Pride Jar” as a whole classroom incentive.  As a class, students can earn "pom poms" in their classroom jar. Once the jar is filled, the entire class will receive a reward (i.e. a party, pj day, a special treat, etc.)  Each teacher can set different goals for the month based on the need in the classroom.
